Located in the hills of Tioga County, Pennsylvania, Triple D Maple is proudly family‑owned and operated by Jared and Rachael Davis on the historic Davis Farm, offering Certified Organic Maple products from their rugged sugarbush to your table. Their story began in the 1980s when the family experimented with sap collection and share-processing at Kinnan Century Trees. By 2013, rising production demands led Jared to construct a new sugarhouse at the lowest point of their 400‑acre farm—cleverly leveraging gravity so sap naturally flows downhill to their 24×36 ft facility nestled into the hillside.

Inside the sugarhouse, boiling is done on a 3.5×14 ft Lapierre “Volcano 2000” evaporator powered by heating oil, equipped with auto draw-off for consistent syrup quality. They also use a filter press, canner, pre‑heater and 1,200 gph reverse osmosis unit—ensuring crystal‑clear, naturally sweet maple syrup. Starting in 2016, they expanded beyond syrup into Certified Organic Maple Cream, Candy, Sugar, Popcorn, and specialty items like Cinnamon‑Infused and Bourbon‑Barrel Aged Syrups, all USDA certified organic.

At the heart of their operation lies a modern, food‑grade tubing system with vacuum and gauges, funneling sap from roughly 3,000 taps to their central gathering point with efficiency and care. Roberts’ dedication to sustainable, high-quality practices shines through in every drop, bottled and shipped nationwide—whether in pure syrup jugs, maple sugar, or handcrafted cream. Beyond maple, the Davis family keeps their farm humming year-round with equine services and Hereford beef cattle, teaching their young daughters the value of farm life.
