Sunrise Maple

About

Nestled in the quiet hills of Westfield, Pennsylvania, Sunrise Maple is a shining example of what happens when family tradition, hard work, and community spirit come together under one sugarbush. Founded in 2011 by the Eldridge family, Sunrise Maple began as a modest maple syrup operation and has grown into a well-loved local brand, known for its high-quality, small-batch syrup and maple products. From the start, the family focused on sustainable practices and organic methods, letting the natural beauty of their land guide their approach to sugaring. Over the years, they’ve expanded their offerings far beyond syrup, now creating a variety of maple delights including maple cream, maple candies, and seasonal specialties like maple toddies and creamed honey blends. Their maple products have become a fixture at community events, fire hall pancake breakfasts, and local shops like the Westfield Big M. Each spring, they welcome guests during Maple Weekend for tours, tastings, and warm conversations by the evaporator—where the scent of boiling sap fills the air and the heart of their operation comes to life. Sunrise Maple has also proudly showcased their syrup at the Pennsylvania Farm Show in Harrisburg, bringing a taste of Tioga County to the state stage. Through every season, the Eldridges remain committed to doing things the right way—handcrafting their products with care, giving back to their community, and keeping the sweet tradition of maple syrup alive for future generations. At Sunrise Maple, the sun always rises on something sweet, something real, and something made with love.
