Maple Ridge Farm, located in Russell, Warren County, Pennsylvania, is a family-owned maple syrup operation run by the Cable family. Tapping around 1,000 maple trees each season, the farm uses modern tubing systems and reverse osmosis technology to efficiently process sap before finishing it with a traditional wood-fired evaporator. Their syrup-making season typically runs from mid-February through mid-March, depending on weather conditions.

Maple Ridge Farm offers a wide range of handcrafted maple products, including pure syrup, maple candy, cream, mustard, and even maple cotton candy. As a popular stop during Warren County’s Maple Taste & Tour events, the farm welcomes visitors for guided tours, demonstrations, and product tastings.
