From their sugarhouse at 1303 Swing Gate Road, the Hucks tap their maple trees each spring, carefully collecting sap that is boiled down into rich, golden syrup using time-honored techniques. You can find their goods at a variety of local spots, including the Shoppes at Newberrytown, and at festivals and farmers’ markets all across Pennsylvania, where their friendly booth is often a favorite stop for visitors.
