Blackbird Distillery, located in Brookville, Pennsylvania, is the state’s first legal moonshine distillery, renowned for its handcrafted, small-batch spirits made entirely by hand—from mashing to bottling. Founded by David and Jennifer Black, the distillery offers over 28 unique flavors of moonshine, including popular varieties like Apple Pie Corn Shine and Charred Oak Shine, all produced using a traditional, single-run process. Visitors can enjoy free tastings, moonshine slushies, and a selection of smoked meats, cheeses, and homemade canned goods.
