The Wilds Cooperative of PA (WCO) is a value chain network of approximately 600 creative entrepreneurs, organizations and communities based in the PA Wilds, a premier outdoor recreation destination. Together, WCO members are addressing PA Wilds market demands by connecting and scaling the unique establishments and producers that are central to our place-based tourism development. As the WCO helps people find PA Wilds-made products, services and experiences, the businesses and communities in the region grow and thrive.

The WCO network is managed by the PA Wilds Center for Entrepreneurship, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that seeks to marry conservation and economic development in the region.

In addition to joining a growing network of peer businesses and organizations, WCO members receive access to a suite of opportunities, including: branding and marketing tools, networking and education programming, new markets and product lines, mentorship and referrals to PA’s financial and technical service programs.

Members of the WCO may also access the various professional development tools and resources at the PA Wilds Media Lab in uptown Kane, PA. The creative hub was outfitted with specialized technologies needed to expand the PA Wilds commerce platforms and deliver business development workshops to the WCO. It features a professional photography studio, a recording studio, a conference room, and event space. The Media Lab also serves as the office for the PA Wilds Center for Entrepreneurship.
