Thanks to the generous donation by Steve and Pamela Poorman, the historic church building adjacent to the Heisey House Museum has been transformed into the Poorman Gallery, a versatile space dedicated to preserving and showcasing the history of Clinton County, Pennsylvania. This newly renovated facility serves as a vital resource for the community, offering climate-controlled storage, exhibit space, and a meeting area designed to enhance local cultural and historical initiatives.
The Poorman Gallery provides:
-Expanded Storage: Safeguarding valuable historical artifacts in a climate-controlled environment.
-Exhibition Areas: Displaying collections that celebrate Clinton County’s rich heritage.
-Community Meeting Space: Available for non-profit organizations, fostering collaboration and community engagement.
Looking for a unique venue? The Poorman Gallery is available for rent, accommodating up to 50 guests. It’s the perfect setting for small gatherings, workshops, or events, offering a blend of history and modern amenities.
