Established in 1986 to assist with Economic Development after the local economic downfall caused by the fall of the coal mining industry in the 1980’s. The NCCDC is host to the Northern Cambria County Regional Heritage Festival. A fun & exciting celebration of our Northern Cambria's local history, held in July.
