A local conservation organization which was formed for the protection, maintenance, improvement, and wise use of the land, water, and other resources in Mckean County. They are a local source of natural resource and community conservation information. The District coordinates education events, implements conservation projects funded by various grants, and cooperates with many partners to ensure the responsible use of our natural resources. District staff are available to assist farmers, citizens, partner conservation and environmental organizations, and municipalities.
