The Elk County Council on the Arts (ECCOTA) is a non-profit organization committed to fostering artistic growth and cultural enrichment in Elk County, Pennsylvania, and the surrounding region. Established in 1984, ECCOTA serves as a hub for arts education, community engagement, and support for local and regional artists in this scenic, rural area just two hours northeast of Pittsburgh.
ECCOTA is dedicated to:
-Promoting Public Participation: Expanding access to the arts for all residents.
-Supporting Local Artists: Providing opportunities for artists, musicians, performers, and writers to showcase and develop their talents.
-Enhancing Cultural Enrichment: Offering diverse arts experiences and educational programs.
