Studies have shown that a Forest Therapy Walk reduces stress, lowers blood pressure, in creases immunity and gives participants and overall sense of wellbeing. Deep Green Journey staff bring extensive experience as guides and share the vision of Deep Green Journey to create accessible space in the wild for people recover greater health, peace and creativity.
