The fundamental pillars of CCOYA's mission are to educate and mentor area youth on all facets of an outdoor lifestyle - from hunting and fishing to environmental education and awareness. To accomplish this, CCOYA regularly partners with both large and small businesses, local schools and libraries, as well as other local, state and national organizations.

The Ron Andrews Family of Tunkhannock and Emporium, PA initiated the CCOYA endowment fund and organization as a means to support youth programs that foster understanding and enjoyment of the outdoors and the environment. We focus on youth ages 3 - 17. We believe the earlier we are able to spark interest in an outdoor lifestyle, the better the chances for us to positively impact growing and adult lives.
We provide these opportunities through collaborative partnerships with schools, various community organizations, sportsmen's clubs, volunteers and other private and public sponsorship.

We are a 501c3 non-profit and an approved EITC: PA Educational Improvement organization. The official name of our organization is Cameron County Outdoor Youth Activities (aka, CCOYA). We are headquartered in Emporium, PA - Land of the Endless Mountains.

The CCOYA endowment is managed by The Community Foundation of the Endless Mountains of Montrose, PA.
