Incumbent Worker Training (IWT)
Reimbursement for training of incumbent workers is available to all companies in the counties of Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Jefferson, McKean and Potter. Amount is determined by company size and ranges from 50% to 90%. Allowable costs include: training materials and supplies including manuals, training tuition and registration, Instructor/Trainer wages, Materials, Certifications/Testing and off-site training costs. Industry Partnership Internship Program
Internship reimbursements are available to employers in the Manufacturing, Building and Construction, and Healthcare and Social Assistance industries located in the North Central Pennsylvania counties of Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Jefferson, McKean and Potter. Manufacturing Training to Careers Internship Program
Internship reimbursements are available to employers in the Manufacturing industries located in the North Central Pennsylvania counties of Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Jefferson, McKean and Potter.
