Holly Komonczi

Executive Director

Executive Director Holly Komonczi comes to LHR with a strong marketing background and proven track record of tourism development. Holly has over 20 years of marketing and management experience most of it specific to the tourism realm. Holly has lived in the Lumber Heritage Region most of her life and understands the challenges facing West Central Pennsylvania. Holly is committed to making the LHR a better place to live, work and play.

Jennifer Swatsworth - Weld

Project Manager

Project Manager, Jennifer Swatsworth comes to LHR with over 20 years of marketing, sales, and management experience. As the project manager, Jennifer is tasked with building and maintaining a stronger, more inclusive LHR partnership program. She will be engaging with all lumber and tourism-related businesses in the 15-county region and will be active in carrying out the mission of the LHR and working towards building a better place to live, work, and play.

Rowan Crisp

Education & Outreach Administrator

Rowan’s background includes experience as a substitute teacher, daycare teacher, prevention specialist, and two years as the director of recreation for Cameron County. The skill set she has acquired from her roles will be beneficial to the Lumber Heritage Region in all aspects, especially in providing educational materials and opportunities for varied age groups. Her role will encompass the consistent themes of the Lumber Heritage Region’s mission, including an emphasis on research, development and implementation of educational and outreach programs and materials, engaging and collaborating with local partners and organizations, participating in events throughout the region, and generally assisting in supporting the Lumber Heritage Region’s initiatives.
