Mini-Grant Checklist

Let us help you stay organized. Make sure you read the documents in their entirety. Ask questions.

  • Signed and returned only page 7 of the Grant Award Agreement with the $250 administration fee and a detailed Budget.
  • Completed and submitted all monthly status reports. (Requests for reports will be sent via email each month for completion)
  • Submitted digital picture(s) of the project.
  • Submitted copies of all invoices and proof of payment.
  • Submitted documentation of match dollars (dollar-for-dollar match).
  • Completed and submitted DCNR Success Story Document. (Success Story Template will be sent electronically upon request)
  • Arranged and scheduled a Photo Opportunity Press Release with LHR.

It is extremely important that reporting deadlines are met. Failure to do so may result in grant forfeiture.
